THE CHALLENGE
Park Garage Group PLC required a new ultra-rapid EV charging hub at their Mogador forecourt site on the A217 — a busy commuter route into the M25 corridor. The existing supply was insufficient to support high-power DC chargers, and works had to be delivered alongside a live retail forecourt with continuous customer footfall.
OUR APPROACH
Spiral Renewables delivered the project end-to-end: DNO grid connection application, HV/LV design, civil groundworks, transformer and switchgear installation, canopy erection, and full commissioning of the ultra-rapid chargers.
Our team phased the site works to keep the forecourt operational throughout, coordinating traffic management, protective screening, and contractor sequencing to minimise disruption to fuel sales and neighbouring retail units.
THE OUTCOME
Mogador is now a fully operational ultra-rapid charging hub, branded and energised, serving high-throughput EV traffic on one of Surrey's busiest arterial routes. The site was delivered under a single accountable contract, from grid application through to live commissioning.
