THE CHALLENGE
Park Garage Group PLC required 2x 480kW DC ultra-rapid EV chargers at a new-build site in Rushden, Northamptonshire. The greenfield location needed a full grid connection, civil groundworks, and charger installation — all delivered to a tight programme to align with the wider site development.

Spiral Renewables delivered the full project from feasibility through to commissioning — including DNO grid connection application, civil engineering, electrical installation, and charger deployment.
We managed all contractor coordination on site, ensuring the EV charging infrastructure was delivered in step with the broader development programme and to the highest safety and quality standards.
THE OUTCOME
The Rushden site was delivered on time and on budget, providing 2x 480kW DC ultra-rapid EV charging capability at a strategically important location in Northamptonshire. The hub is now operational and serving both commercial and consumer EV drivers.
